Home visits are for elderly housebound or seriously ill patients.
In all other circumstances it is asked that you attend the practice.
Lack of transport is not a reason for a home visit.
Visits must be requested before 10:30 am in order for us to prioritise the most urgent.
We have trained our staff to pass on information about your request in order to signpost you to the right service.
This means that you will need to disclose information to our reception staff, who pass it on to the doctor. This helps us ensure patients are seen in order of urgency, or by the most appropriate person. All of our staff work under strict rules of patient confidentiality so please help them to help you.
