We are always pleased to receive feedback from our patients and try to make it as easy as possible for you to do this.
On our website you will be able to access detailed patient survey forms, as well as the brief Friends and Family Test forms. These are received via a secure email address and we use them to identify any areas where improvements may be needed.
GP services are monitored externally by the Care Quality Commission, and locally by Healthwatch Wirral who report back to us monthly on any compliments, concerns, issues & signposting requests received by them in questionnaires and discussions. We are currently rated as Good by CQC.
If you have a concern about your care or treatment, we often find these can be resolved by discussion with the person involved. Lynn is our Patient Services Officer and will be able to discuss any concerns and liaise with members of the practice to resolve any issues. Please contact Lynn through the normal practice telephone number.
We operate within the NHS complaints framework, with written information and forms are available from Lynn (or via reception) in the eventuality that we have not been able to resolve your concern quickly on your first contact.
We will always do our best to treat you with kindness and respect, and we ask the same when you are dealing with our staff, who are operating under the instruction of the doctors. We do operate zero tolerance of violence and abusive behaviour toward any of our team, and other patients.
