Child vaccinations and developmental reviews are held by appointment. Please contact reception.
Appointments are necessary. It is recommend that all females aged 25 to 50 have a smear every three years, or more frequently if advised by your doctor. Females aged 50 to 64 should have a smear every five years. Females under 25 are not advised to have a smear test routinely. If you have any symptoms that worry you then please speak to the doctor or one of the Practice nurses.
Run by the Rractice nurse to improve diabetic health and decrease the need for hospital clinic visits. Appointments are necessary.
Flu immunisations are offered to patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, heart disease, compromised immunity, a splenectomy, housebound patients, and anyone aged 65 or over. The clinics normally begin in October. Please remember to book an appointment if you are eligible.
For pneumonia vaccinations, it is advised that all patients aged over 70 and those with compromised immunity or a history of splenectomy should be immunised. Please speak to the doctor or Practice nurse about this.

We provide some non-NHS services for our patients. These include:
There are charges applicable for non-NHS services. We charge between £15 and £30 for letters to outside agencies produced at the request of the patient, and you will be required to pay for these in advance. This is due to the number of requests we receive where the patient does not then collect the letter and these take time and effort to produce.
If your records are required by a solicitor, then the solicitor is responsible for the costs.
Medicals are to be paid in advance at the time of booking and are non-refundable. We do not confirm the booking until payment is received. Again, this is to deter the number of patients who fail to attend and waste GP time.
