LEARNING DISABILITIES NEWS
Our team is delighted to have been recognised with a Gold Award for our programme of annual health checks for patients with learning disabilities.
Our checks include a physical and mental wellbeing check, medication reviews, blood tests and investigations where needed. These are carried out by a team of specially trained staff. If you have a learning disability or you are a carer for a patient with a learning disability, watch out for our annual invitation for the full health check.
